These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://ai-powered.in and the services provided by AI-POWERED.IN, a sole proprietorship ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide AI application development, custom software development, workflow automation, AI chatbots and assistants, and software support and maintenance. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are defined in a written quotation, proposal or invoice ("Quotation") agreed with the client.

2. Quotations and Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
• Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise mentioned.
• Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

3. Payments

• Payments are made online through secure third-party payment gateways, or by bank transfer, as mentioned in the invoice.
• Projects may require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance payable in milestones as defined in the Quotation.
• We may pause work if payments are overdue.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, and any content, access or credentials needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline.

5. Delivery

All our services are digital. Deliverables (source code, deployed applications, documentation or reports) are delivered electronically via email, code repository or deployment to the client's server, within the timeline stated in the Quotation. No physical goods are shipped.

6. Intellectual Property

On receipt of full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for the client is transferred to the client. Third-party libraries, open-source components, and our pre-existing tools remain subject to their respective licences.

7. Confidentiality

We keep all client information, data and project materials confidential and do not disclose them to third parties except as required to deliver the services or by law.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-based systems may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs. The client is responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before relying on them for business, legal, financial or medical decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data.

10. Warranty and Support

We fix defects in our delivered work reported within the support period stated in the Quotation. Changes to requirements or third-party services after delivery are not covered and may be billed separately.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Use of This Website

Content on this website is for general information only. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

14. Changes to These Terms
